Late 10/3/09 report

Rough day of fishing. Strong winds but managed to catch one keeper flounder at 16 inch. Bite was slow, but at one pm wind died down some and a friend managed two upper slot red back to back. Also one spanish mac. Will post picture next report, just got my access today. Used artificials all day, most hits on Berkley, friend managed some smaller fish on gulp, I was lucky enough to find a pack of nuclear chicken gulp lying around and used as bait to manage a good flounder bite, but as always the fish released itself.

good job! were yall using the 2 in or 3 in gulp?

was using 3in with 1/4 oz jig. Real Real slow retreat. I have lately been using 5 in swimming mullet from berkley. I am trying to move away from gulp, and so far berkley is doing the trick. Tried some fish bites but no bites yet.

You didnt find that pack of gulp just laying around, I think you took it out of my tackle box. No wonder I was missing the pack of nuclear chicken when I got home.

I actually took a picture when I got home, I will try and post picture later on, or till next time.....LOL, that was a good pack of gulp, and it ways lieing in your takle box! Reminds me I need to go stock up on gulp, I shold give my "sponser" a call.......LOL
