  • Last minute fishing.

Today we got work done a little earlier then expected so I hit the water to fish the start of the outgoing tide but the wind had other ideas, the tide never switched it was ripping in the whole time. I was stubborn and fished for 3 hours with no bites. I was just about to call it a day on my last cast when the lure was almost to the boat I got hooked up. The drag started singing and the head started shaking so I was rewarded for my patients today. I caught and released a solid speck and then called it a day.

Yeah it is hard to call it. Its especially hard when you can see the tide line trying to push against the incoming tide and never make it to you when you have to leave by a certain time.
