Fished the start of the outgoing tide with the wife today around the tiki island bridge searching for flounder again.

My wife has been mad at me for not taking her out catching in a while so today she had the day off and I got her hooked up.

We caught plenty of small fish today with her catching the largest flounder of the day reaching 18 inches.

We were throwing different colored tsunami's and Stanley bayou chubs. We also picked up some big whiting and croaker as well.

All fish were released today except for my wife's 18 that we had for dinner. Nice day to be out with the wife. I am going to be out there again on Thursday looking for some more big fish.

The best thing about her keeping the fish is the fact that she knows the rule in this house you bring it home, you clean it.

So I had to teach her how to clean her fish.

I did cook her fish and one of mine from Easter. We had a few people over last night so I made baked lemon pepper flounder and I scaled and butterflied my other flounder and stuffed it with lump crab meat shrimp sharp pepper jack cheese sewed the fish up then rubbed it down with Tony's and put it in the deep fryer at 350 for 8 min. That is the best way to eat a stuffed flounder.
