Redfish 10/20/11
finally got out for only the 2nd time in 7 weeks.
Ran into the marsh with Jeremy. Have not been back there since last fall and man have I been missing out. We sight casted to red after red from 7am to 1pm. They were everywhere but mostly in singles and small pods. We ended up with our limits from 21 to 28 and quite a few released and a bonus flounder. All reds caught sight casting on various plastics.
The fish were very finicky and it took multiple casts to get them to eat. There were a bunch that just looked at it and laughed at us but it was a blast.
It was a gorgeous day out there and a much needed day off!
I won't say who caught the biggest red.........
