Thursday: Took a friend and his nephew Brice, the bite was a little slow but we did manage to get a few nice fish, this was the kids first wade trip and he did not bring a rod and reel he could cast very well so he ended up with no fish, on the way back we went just a little ways past the 2004 bridge and put some cut bait on for him and put it in the middle of the bayou, the kid hauled in 3 big slimy fish. I know those fish are not the most desirable but that really made last 30 minuets of his trip
Saturday: The plan was to take both my kids fishing so I was not going to be able to fish the tournament but last night my daughter cancels so I end up taking my son Justin and my friend Keith. We manage to get few nice fish and one real nice 23”er. I can’t wait to see all the great pic’s from the tournament!
