    Appreciate the feedback. The device you see in the pics is a long lip-gripper not a gaff. The red was released.

        I would watch it though posting pics of reds gaffed
        Looks like a gaff but those are bogas. Unfortunatly didnt need to use the gaff that trip. Even rodeo'd the king onto the deck.

          Nice rig...y'all ever need help...I got gas money and dont get seasick. That's half the battle sometimes. Love that blue water stuff!

            Wish she was mine. I am just a guest on the YF. she is definitely a sweet ride. Fuel consumption was about 1.5 mpg at 40 mph. It was her maiden voyage, so they didnt want to go too far out.

                  Thanks. I was using a Nikon DSLR. Wait until you see the pics I took this weekend. I think they blow this last set away.
