very last minute last night, I thought i needed to go in the morning and bet itll be good so i decided to go in the morning early early with full moon and beginning of outgoing tide..So I got to one of my spots and was greeted with very light SE wind, CLEAR SKIES showing BRIGHT FULL MOON! PERFECT!! I walked in around 5:30 am; tide was moving out slowly with some bait present and first cast on brokenback corky; Solid thump,Set the hook, she shaking her head!! HUGE TROUT and then she spit the HOOK in my face!! Sucks ***!!Second cast, another solid thump, Solid 24" then after that, action was constant till i finished my limit from 20" to 24" and caught some big girls from 25" to 27" around 3 to 6 lbs released...When sun came up with the tide ripping out hard, bite slowed down drastically then called it quits around 7:30..Fished mud/shell from 2-4 ft with mostly broken-back corkys and corky devils..let me tell u, I am impressed and BROKEN-BACKS are awesome!
tight lines,
Ryan
P.S.
my camera is messed up..see how i take the picture of the trout itself and its clear but taking pics of the 10 trout its blurry...i took this camera back twice and still have the same problems...it sucks..PLUS the trout that i was holding and my buddy, josiah took the pic..that was few days ago...trying to do better taking pics
