Hello All!
It' been a while since my last post. I've had some family issues as of late, but I think I'll be able to participate more now.
Randy, a.k.a. Skiff, invited me out as soon as I was able to get awat and yesterday wasthe day. It was an incredibly nice day out. After a little hunting we settled on a small area to fish between Sportsman's Road and Jamaica Beach. I know that's a big area, but I am not at liberty to dicuss in detail. Water was murky green, west wind 8-12, clear and upper 50's. We caught 5 trout and 1 red. Two trout were throwbacks, the others were 15 1/2"-17", and the red was 22". Fish were caught on plum chatreuse/ sal and pepper SWBA. It was a great day! The Shoalwater runs sweet! Thanks again Skiff!
I apologize for the cooler pic, but cousin Arthur Itis is really acting up!
