Front passage fishing

Went out for the first time in two months. Got a late start around 8:30. I hit the tail end of the bite but managed 8. Lost a bunch as expected with me being rusty. All fish were caught on norton sand eel jrs in natural colors and ttf trout killers in natural colors both on 1/8 ounce heads. Fish were staged in 4-5ft. Fall pattern isn't far from being in full swing. 16-20". One larger fish at 23" caught by my bro.
