9/30/2010 just like last week . caught finger mullet , outgoing tide and a beautiful day .i couldn't find the fish . caught 1 small trout,1 small red ,1 gulf trout and 6 or 8 gaftops. all released except for the gulf trout which was given to a young man at the ramp who seemed pleased to have it . great day of fishing but the catching was not so much .thankful to be able to go.

fishing partner " Coyote " had to work . foregot sunscreen so had to hang it up early or fry . chose early .

I enjoy reading your reports as well as Coyote's. I purchased a fishing map of the Louisiana-Texas border area. I hope to make a few trips out there and look around.

A bad day on the water beat's a good day at work!I for one would like to fish that area as well according to some people it's flounder nirvana.
