I have recently moved to an apartment in Pasadena. I am new to this area and Galveston Bay fishing. I have been launching the boat out of Sylvan Beach for the bay or if I am wading, Seabrook has been my new destination. Would anyone out there know of a public place in these areas where I can filet my catch? The apartment does not have water hoses available and my wife sure as hell ain't going to let me do it in our kitchen. I have no problem doing it on my tailgate. I just like to have running water available to keep things clean.
