Yeah I remember Kenny. That was awhile back. The old Boat Stuff days on 45. I have not been to the Venice area in awhile but hoping to get over to La and catch some big ones soon. But until then I will prob be in West feeding them a pretty diet of Corky's and Super Spooks.

What a blast this was... Congrats to Steve & Daniel on the second place it was heart breaking to see the 18+ lbs of fish... But like Steve said they deserved... There was very nice stringers weighed in & I personaly had a good time... Sal puts on a well managed tourney my hats iff to ya...

Aaron congrates on the third place finish... Doing it alone is a had thing to do...... Or it could be a easy thing to do depends on how you look at it... No Debating or Second Guessing...

Congrats to Weaver and Stevens, that was an awesome stringer and you guys are on fire. Also congrats to all that did well, it was a tough day on the water with the conditions.

Yes I used to work at Gander, I was presented with another opportunity and one I could not refuse.

BigDog is still around, he has not worked for Gander in about 2.5 or years or so. I know he is still guiding in the POC area and hear from him every now and then.
nice stringer fellas! welcome over Dpop!

Steve, I meant to mention Aaron. I have a ton of respect for that guy! He has stayed at the top of these things for a very long time, and to do that with no more horsepower than he used yesterday, that's impressive. I don't really know him well, but he seems to be one of the most humble and likable guys on the water.

As for the Stephenson quote, you can't catch them if you aren't there. I personally thought it was outstanding weather, but then again, I loke low tides and pumping North winds.

Congratulations Steve and Daniel for your second place finish, usually thats enough to win the tournament and congratulations to Aaron Stillwagon for his 3th place finish. Looks like some pigs were caught out there, even under adverse weather conditions that morning..... As Bob Stephenson Jr. said "The best time to go fishing is when you can".
