how do you get all the hair off?

I ordered through a local butcher and he slaughtered and scraped it for $30. That's the best way in my opinion. The hog itself I bought from a local guy as well, the hog was $100 and he delivered it too the butcher.

Thanks, well everything turned out great. By the time the hog come off the smoker I had already had a few beers and forgot to take a after pic. Maybe next time

How's your little girl handling PORK CHOP's fate ? I take it that PORK CHOP was alive and well around the house before his brine bath .

I actually bought this one from a meat packing plant, I didn't want to go through all the scraping that has to be done to get ready to smoke.
We are having a combined 40th Birthday party for my wife and me.
