i'm having sloppy joes but i'm heading to boyd's for three pounds of shrimp tails to fry up this evening for me and my lady.

harvey , go ahead and spring for the entire shrimp for the poor woman ....not just the shrimp tails ...gosh .

Yeah , i've been fish /seafood poor . That's probably my darkest rue.....darker is more flavor .

Better drop the drill and go see Carmelo and Juliana at C&C in Alvin to add to that gumbo.

That's where I go for shrimp, flounder, and crab meat. The seafood of choice for me. Occasionally some Salmon.
Trout and Redfish stay in Chocolate.
