Good interview.
i left Mr. Brown's house Friday @ 4:30 with a sack full of corkys and empty pockets.
wasn't much left and the place was empty for the first time i have seen.
all in all, over the last 2 weeks i spent probably 250.00 on the lures and haven't caught my first fish with them. i promise i will wear them out this winter and post a pic of whatever it is that i catch with them. i do however, have a signed hat that i proudly display in my office. that in itself is a catch to me!

you know i had the same thought the first time i went thereOriginally posted by michelle View Posthere's an analogy of what it's like going to paul brown's. you go to the atm machine and get out a couple hundred bucks. then you go to your favorite dealer's house and watch several happy people coming and going, excited about their new fix. all types of drugs in colors and sizes, neatly packaged in small zip locks in precise weights. some get high (floaters) and some just barely levitate you (slow sinkers). when you leave you realize you;re an addict and you don't have enuf, but you're out of money and he doesn't take checks or credit cards. and to think it's all about fishing lures.......
wonder what the folks that live around him used to think.

I've always been amazed at people buying hundreds of dollars worth of Corkys at a time.....You can only fish one at a time!Originally posted by lurefisher View PostYepp the pink is the boss,Sneeky once told me after dropping about three hundred in a trip to his house. That he went back the next week and dropped three more hundred, and MR.Brown said "Rick you think you got enough lures".Rick said look around in here MR.Brown at how many you have.LOL
