Boat storage

My MIL has a place in Bay Harbor, I'm looking for a place to keep my boat nearby. Covered would be ideal but not a deal breaker.

I spoke with Bayside Storage in Jamaica Beach, she has some uncovered available but nothing covered. Does anyone know of any other reasonable options out that way? Thanks -
