    yes you have had plastics slide down the shank .... After landing or missing a fish . I saw harvey adjusting his bait after missing his many fish ( har ! Harvey ) . That doesn't happen with screw locks . A lot of trouble , i prick my finger ...egad , danny , it's not a big deal . But , hey , you like what you like .


    Greg , my bouncing jigheads off bottom shell and removing the paint isn't a problem for me . Mine get burried in an oyster shell and i have to break it off whether painted or not . Lol

    I have tried the colored ones. After 30 minutes of bouncing them off of shell all the color falls off anyway lol. Plain ol lead color for me.
