    I looked all over the Interwebs and there is no mention of regulating seatrout, flounder, or any fish in Texas right now. There are no scoping meetings, proposed rules, new studies, nothing on TPWD websites, 2Cool, several Texas fishing forums, Google, or nothing. Not a peep about new fish regulations anywhere. I couldn't read the David Sykes article because of the paywall so I wonder ... has David been drinking too much again?

    If TP&W wanted to get serious about trout conservation, they would make croaker a game fish. If they have limits on gar, sheephead, gafftop and mullet, they should put limits on croaker too. I agree regulations for redfish should be changed too, something like 18-27", five a day.
