3/16 surf report and sticker spotting

Loadesd up at 4:45 and left for the island. Baited up at bayou and bulldogs and headed to the 91st pier. Had lines in the water by 6:45. Caught 2 small bonnetheads, 1 pompano,1 sand trout and 2 whiting. Left around 3:30

While is was going down 45 north i saw this:
