Beach or Bay rental

My sister is coming in at the end of July and they are looking for an affordable House that will accomodate 8-12.
They would prefer beach side but might be open to a house with fishing lights on the canal on the bay side. They would also prefer not to be too far west as they will be running off the island quite a bit to visit my Mom.
