GALVESTON (Galveston Daily News) – County commissioners approved a $3.1 million deal Wednesday that will allow Lowe’s Home Improvement Center to build a 117,000-sf store in front of the Justice Center complex on Broadway.
The home improvement retailer purchased 11.39 acres between 55th and 57th sts. The agreement requires that construction must start within 120 days of closing and the store must be completed within two years.
