i actually looked at them the other day while looking for a new rod. they looked good to me except for the fact that they felt a little too stiff to me, at least the ones that i saw. i'll make a friend get one and then try his out lol. i love all y'all other products so i probably will end up loving this one too. can you give us the modulus and stress rates for them?

          47 Million Modulas IM-8

          6'6 is Med Lgt
6'9 is Med Lgt Extra Fast
          7' & 7'6 are Med Fast.

If you're not used to fishing these actions, it'll feel different at first.

They're are designed to give you backbone to fight a fish and a Fast tip to work Arty's, Popping corks, etc

Which rod are you fishing now? so we can compare apples to apples

well i have several rods that i use. i have my falcon hd 7'. also a old all star i got from my dad. no idea what type it is but i love it. also one of those cheap newer all star classics. ive heard horror stories about them but it hasnt broken yet. and then lastly i have a daiwa that came with a metaforce combo package. i dont have any of the info on them but the reason i love them is because they all have very sensitive tips so i can feel my lures. i throw almost exclusively soft plastics with the hackberry hustler and killer flats minnow being my favorites. i like to be able to feel them really well. i think i only saw the 7' and the 7'6 so that might explain. the 6'9 sounds good though. i will definitely check it out. i just wanted the modulus so i could compare it to some other rods while shopping for a new christmas present. thanks a lot!

                Thanks for fishing TTF Plastics!!!

The rods you mentioned above are similar to the Tamer series TTF made in the past. Lots of aglers like these.

The Gun Dog Rods have totally different actions and blanks....Rod blank technology has come a long way....once you fish a Med Fast or Med Light Extra Fast Rod Blank, you'll find out it's more sensitive than the rods above, including the Tamer

Thanks for taking the time to view our forum
