So Medicare that my mother is on comes from the State of Texas-BS, it's Federal Law, not State Law.

It's ridiculous that I even have to bother explaining this to you, but it's a federal program that was intended to be expanded by the states as part of ACA. Governor Goodhair and other Republican governors refuse to expand it. Duh!

If you want to talk about Medicare, why not mention that the majority of those losing it live in states where Republican governors have refused to roll out the Medicare expansion. I guess that's Obama's fault too?

Bruce it's not a matter of "being in his head". He repeated the lie dozens of times on camera. The point is that he, as President and others in Congress, committed fraud on the American people to get the ACA passed. There is no way it would have passed, even on a strictly party vote on Christmas eve, if people had known that they were going to lose their insurance and many, including the elderly on Medicare, their doctor.
